Refund and Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION

We only allow cancellation if the product is not taken to production yet.

Order should be cancelled or replaced within 1 hour of placing the order. If the order is manufactured, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order.

EXCHANGE

We accept exchange requests only if the product arrives damaged, broken, defective, or unusable.

To request an exchange:

  • Send us clear photos or videos showing the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Once verified and approved, we’ll ship a free replacement of the same item within 48 hours.

If the product is out of stock or was incorrectly shipped, we will process a refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds typically reflect in your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.
